@KiaInd This is really disappointing, Kia. Who would want to buy your vehicle when the DPF filter starts causing continuous issues after just 1 lakh km? If this is a defective component, it should have been replaced at your expense.

Customers shouldn’t have to bear the cost of what appears to be a manufacturing defect. Please take responsibility and resolve this properly. If that’s the case, then you should clearly warn customers at the time of purchase.
