Your 1912 support needs urgent improvement. I spoke with Ms. Beena/Veena- she couldn’t provide required info for a new connection. When I requested a supervisor, she disconnected the call saying I was repeating myself.

Locals have informed that, Despite several complaints made by them to public authorities, no action has been so far and road is not walkable even for pedestrians.
Aggrieved by same today locals have blocked the road.
