As democracies have become #DigitalFirst, on the issue of Meta restricting PM’s content, some comments.

1. The issue is not just about one video. It is about whether a global big tech platform can suppress the communication of the elected Prime Minister of the world's largest democracy and then simply call it an "error." The incident deserves a transparent explanation and accountability.

2. The apology does not end the issue as it does not explain why it happened. Meta needs to answer

- What exactly triggered the removal?

- Was it AI, automated moderation, or human review?

- Was any external legal request involved?

- What safeguards exist for accounts of constitutional authorities?

अदालत में सन्नाटा था। तभी जज गोल्ड थॉर्न शाय मैडम (Gold Thorn Shy) अपनी कुर्सी पर विराजमान हुईं और हथौड़ा बजाते हुए बोलीं -

“पहला केस बुलाया जाए!”

वकील बोला, “मैडम, ये ED वाला केस है।”

जज मुस्कुराईं, “सुनवाई मैं ही करूंगी।”

दूसरा केस आया।

“मैडम, इसमें याचिकाकर्ता ने आपको हटाने की मांग की है।”

जज ने चश्मा ठीक किया और बोलीं,
“अच्छा! मुझे हटाने का केस? उसकी सुनवाई भी मैं ही करूंगी।”
पूरा कोर्टरूम हल्की हंसी से गूंज उठा।

तभी तीसरा केस पेश हुआ।

वकील घबराते हुए बोला,
“मैडम, ये आपके अवमानना (contempt) का मामला है।”

जज ने हथौड़ा फिर बजाया और बोलीं -
“बहुत बढ़िया। मेरी अवमानना हुई है, फैसला भी मैं ही सुनाऊंगी।”

पीछे बैठे एक बुज़ुर्ग वकील ने धीरे से दूसरे से कहा -
“भाई, ये अदालत नहीं… ये तो one-person judiciary है।”

जज गोल्ड थॉर्न शाय ने सुन लिया।
“उस टिप्पणी के लिए तुम्हारे खिलाफ नया contempt केस दर्ज किया जाता है।”

वकील कांपते हुए बोला,
“और उसकी सुनवाई कौन करेगा, मैडम?”

जज मुस्कुराईं -
“इतना भी नहीं समझे? …मैं ही करूंगी।”
