Unfriendly experience at @airindia check in counter at terminal 2 delhi. Their check in staff needs training how to talk to customers, especially when we talk humbly to them. There’s no feeling of they now are being operated by @TataCompanies group. Felt even worse as compared to when it was owned by Air India itself. Huge customer handling training is essential for them ( air india check in staff )

It genuinely hurts that at Delhi Airport customs, while every passenger passes smoothly via the green channel, I’m stopped just because I use meet & greet with a porter.
Bags scanned, delays, extra scrutiny — as if paying for a service is a crime. Why this discrimination, @DelhiAirport@cbic_india@MoCA_GoI?

Bags scanned, delays, extra scrutiny — as if paying for a service is a crime. Why this discrimination, @DelhiAirport@cbic_india@MoCA_GoI?
A fair solution is simple: one uniform protocol for all green channel passengers, whether using meet & greet or not. Paying for facilitation should never mean being treated with suspicion or harassment.
What feels worse: travelers with influence — senior govt employees, their families & friends — also use these services and glide through customs with pride, no questions asked. Why the bias only against ordinary paying passengers?
To explain: the greeter is forced to seek “permission” from customs, and I’m almost always pulled aside and asked to scan all my bags — while other passengers walk past smiling.
