@IndiaHaier If you recommend I wil take this up in @consumerforum_ and get influencers to forward my cause and share after sales service and warranty that you guys offer. It is causing me sleepless nights and impacting my health. Why should I suffer for your strategic decisions?
@IndiaHaier I have a unit (HSU18T-NMW3B) purchased in November 2021, with a compressor warranty of 6 years. It suddenly stopped working, so I raised a complaint on 4th April, and the technician visit was scheduled for a cost of 650 (SR#: HY20260404000270).

@IndiaHaier Can please someone tell me what the hell is happening with my compressor? It has been a month since I reported this issue and you guys have been giving me a run around. Starting from the troubleshooting to fixing an incorrect part and now delay with the new one.
@IndiaHaier@IndiaHaier - Been 2 weeks since we determined the compressor had gone bad and over a month since I reported my issue to you. I am still waiting for the parts. Can someone please explain what is the hold up? Do you have the spares for non-inverter ACs like mine?
@consumerforum_
@IndiaHaier - The technician came again, checked with another capacitor. The compressor worked for a minute and got cut off. Confirmed that issue is with compressor and PCB was fine. 5 days to confirm that the compressor needed replacement. Waiting for a new compressor.
@IndiaHaier 10 days after taking up X and 15 days after my first complaint, the compressor was replaced today. The compressor is in warranty but the gas in it isn't, so I paid for it. Hardly worked for 15 minutes and now the unit won't start itself. No lights whatsoever.
@IndiaHaier May I suggest - Maybe the start winding is getting activated but the changeover to run winding is failing and possibly reading it as overload. Would someone be open to look into this if the PCB turns out to be fine and not make me wait the entire summer without an AC?
@IndiaHaier The agency and the Raj Shekar very kindly offered to replace the motherboard and only if the issue is resolved pay for it. Even now, my concern is that we are wasting time in eliminating the parts one after the other and not trying to diagnose the root cause.
@IndiaHaier So far the cost if I were to agree with the technician would be:
Service Charge - 650
Refrigerant - 3,250
Leakage test - 900
Capacitor - 950
PCB replacement- 4,860
Total- 10,610
New 3 star AC without inverter costs 35,000 - I would have paid one third of the cost.
@IndiaHaier PCB has to be replaced and the cost is 4,860. It will arrive in 3-4 days so I have to wait and suffer. This guy wouldn't check the gas in the compressor for some reason and is sure that the reading will be wrong. Isn't it standard SOP to check refrigerant pressure?
@IndiaHaier I met another tech today from same agency. He believes that it is the Motherboard because the compressor starts and gets tripped. He wanted to check if the problem was the capacitor costing 950, I had one handy so he tested it and same effect so it is faulty PCB.
@IndiaHaier Customer Care Escalations manager was Nitesh, the area manager is Raj Shekhar, Service Center owner Feroze and the technician who visited was Imran.
I have a Daikin, Bluestar and 2 Carrier units never had any challenges with them so far. ***Haier has been horrible***
@IndiaHaier Even escalation team was useless, didn't understand the problem or attempt to resolve it.
I hired a third party service guy and the gas pressure was 200 as per the meter, attached is the picture for the same. All in all, terrible service from the start to end.
@IndiaHaier So the total estimate he gave was 4,800 for no troubleshooting at all. On top of all, he made me pay into their personal account and wouldn't leave unless I gave the OTP. Multiple calls to the contact center and conversation with the area manager and same response.
@IndiaHaier The technician came over and straight away suggested that there was no gas, refill would cost 3,250. When asked what happened to the gas he said it might have leaked. He didn't check for the leakage and wanted 900 for that to check before filling gas. @consumerforum_
I purchased a JBL SB 190 in February 2025, and till date the motherboard of the system has been changed twice already. It has stopped working and the technician has confirmed it's the same part that needs to be replaced. @Harman@JBLaudio@consumerforum_#customerday
