@AirAsiaIndia I was at the airport 2 hours prior to my departure. The Air Asia Airport staff is really mean and not helpful! I asked them to take extra ₹ & reschedule my flight then this morning. They said not possible. Book a new one. So its definitely not my fault here & I expect a refund.
