@Gary178371741@oldheatonian Spot on. They’ve tried playing nice, hoping fairness would prevail, surely it’s obvious that is never going to happen so challenge them legally. This wouldn’t be allowed in any other business.
@ChrisDHWaugh@David_Ornstein This is just spouting club propaganda here. The “this will give them headroom” rubbish is exactly what was said after the Gordon sale. How much headroom do we need? It’s players we need, not headroom. The “project”, whatever that may have been, is dead.
@LukeEdwardsTele Starmer was great in the chamber, especially against Bozo who was too lazy to prepare, but so he should be as a KC. He never really sold what he stood for the wider public and basically got elected on a “we’re not them” ticket.
Burnham is definitely more engaging so let’s see.
@RSJ1975@MsiDouglas It’s a worry Ritchie. Personally I think the decision to stick with Howe was as much to do with the realisation that we’d struggle to attract anyone better. At exec level they need to prove we’re worth joining and I’ve no faith in them doing that.
@TheiPaperSport@MsiDouglas Yes they’ve had a good season but c’mon, NUFC have had one bad season but Sunderland haven’t finished in the top six for over 50 years. A bit of context is needed.
