a) doers within the organization that have gotten their hands dirty and know the insides and
b) have the business acumen to see the larger picture

And give them the strategy role for a win! 🏆

@neetha_sind @debarghya_das They should not be separate imo. You cannot form sound strategy without knowing what is possible and not possible to do. I have not yet to see an effective strategist who aren’t also do-ers.
