@Ask_Spectrum Outage since last 4 hours 3 times ETS changed outage notification and now there is no ETA. Service is just getting worse and worse by day. Spectrum is the only provider in this area and you should take more responsibility in keeping services active.

@GetSpectrum Most irresponsible experience from an organization of this size. Trying to setup internet and it's been 3 weeks of waiting and 10's of calls but still no luck. Never seen this heights of irresponsibility. Spectrum is the only provider in locality so no alternative.
