Dear @ATFitnessIN this is beyond unacceptable. Poor hygiene, broken AC for the last 3 years, and today a staff member was trapped in the elevator for nearly an hour because there was no backup power and the generator had no diesel. It's a serious safety issue.
Still no resolution from @zomato or @zomatocare despite repeated complaints, mails, and follow-ups. Order was falsely marked as delivered and the delivery partner disappeared after that. Tagging @albinder hoping someone finally takes responsibility for this extremely poor service

Really disappointed with @zomato service today. The delivery partner marked my order as “delivered” even though I never received it. On top of that, she is not answering calls. This is completely unprofessional and feels like fraud. Please look into this issue urgently

Tagore Nagar, Ludhiana branch has frozen accounts of PREETI MAHNA & SARTHAK MAHNA without any court order, merely on basis of a private legal notice. Copy of notice is being denied. This is arbitrary & causing hardship.
Intervene urgently.
