@ThreeUKSupport So that I won’t be out of pocket and I’ll have just topped up the amount I usually would (and would only have received service I’ve paid for £60 = 2 months unlimited) but I’ve been told that might not be possible! It’s ridiculous! I didn’t even ask for a refund!
@ThreeUKSupport Yeah that’s all well and good but in the mean time I’ve had to re top up my account and purchase it again because I can not be without a phone due to a serious health condition. Someone finally phoned me today and I asked for one of my payments to cover the next months allowance

@ThreeUKSupport A lot of us are having the same issue. We’ve topped up our pay as you go accounts, purchased data packs (mine was £30 unlimited) only to have them wiped and be unable to contact anyone about it. I’ve been nearly 3 days without the service I’ve paid for now.
