It turns out, I'm not the only 20yr customer @TMobile doesn't care about. Today is day 5 after I paid for phone I never received, & their only recourse for remedy is, they'll bill me for another one, pending outcome @UPS 8 day investigation for a product lost under their control.
It's officially day 6 since I placed & paid for my order w/ @TMobile who shipped w/ @UPS were it was stolen. Both billion dollar organizations have provided zero recourse for remedy.
Moreover, @MikeSievert unlike @JohnLegere ignores complaints from his loyal customers #tmobile
It is now day 7 since I ordered a phone from @tmobile who shipped it with @UPS where it was stolen & never delivered.
Yet @MikeSievert organization's practice isn't reasonably avoidable with the only recourse for remedy
So a formal complaint with @FTC is being filed...
Ever since @JohnLegere departed @TMobile cust service has dissappeared. As a 20yr loyal customer, it's time to #BringJohnBack never have I waited this long for a new phone, this is nothing short of a complete incompetence, 100% failure of wherewithal. I should have gone to @Google
