Three categories of devs at Super 30.

1. Working at speed of light, incredibly hard working, usually almost always in the office, extremely high acceleration and mid to high CS IQ. Most of them directly working with me at this point on something with almost daily interaction. Fun lot
2. Cloning , chatGPTing, sleeping, 3 day work weeks, not applying for referrals, constantly stressed about jobs and about to get purged from the cohort
3. Complete beginners , but sprinting surprisingly quickly in web dev. Early to tell if they’ll do well until they start building more and binging less.

1st category, if they maintain their speed for 2 more months, should do well

2nd category will be stuck in circles for a while, and if lucky land a super mid job

3rd category would be a learning for me as well. Can you really take someone from 0-100 in a few months ?

Stagnation is suicide. Keep moving.

Today I started pattern printing class of DSA by @_DhruvPasricha
Tbh I was a Lil scared coz I thought it will be hard but after completing week 2 and after solving few questions related to the topic , i felt a sense of relief, it wasn't that hard 🤣
