After explaining everything in detail to Flipkart for 1 hour @flipkartsupport @Flipkart they said they will come back with a solution instead another person called and said share issue again! Never seen such unprofessional attitude @consumerforum_

And I have got official recording from a delivery boy name rajpal chauhan who has confessed he has threatened and he also said it was taught by Flipkart @flipkartsupport @Flipkart such a pain to see this level of training is giving to people #fail @consumerforum_

This is what Flipkart does @Flipkart @flipkartsupport they asked me to send me details of the issue and that is giving an error. I wish these people learn something from Amazon. A delivery comes and home and threatens this is not right. They must learn lesson !

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport forget about business delivery boy of flipkart threatened me just because I was not at home and asked him to come later. He said I will go to police and complain. Really ? Is this the way you run business ? Take action now #fail

I ordered iPad from @Flipkart @flipkartsupport & I wasn’t at home. On requesting delivery boy to come later he said I will complain against you in police. I still can’t believe what pathetic kind of language this is for a customer. This is such a insult ! #fail

@sidz I have even tested this - AI based content vs content I have written from heart. The second one works better in form of engagement and taking action than the first. Machine is machine human is human !
