@ALDO_Shoes @ALDO_Help I bought a bag from Aldo Pheonix market city Kurla , mumbai branch , bags handles broke and it was a new bag so went and check with store weather it can be replaced with new handle , instead of repair the damaged the bag and now no one is responding at the store, very bad CS

@ALDO_Shoes I bought a bag from Aldo PMC Kurla store , bags belt was broken since it had a metal strap in that I went to Aldo store to fix the belt , instead of fixing the belt they damage the whole bag, no one in the store is responsible, it’s been 4 months I am just doing back and forth
