@AmazonHelp But no response. A standard automated mail is coming. I recently topped up Amazon pay gift card wallet agreed of prime day but I am not able to use that either. It’s a mental agony to have money blocked and not avail services

@AmazonHelp This is not helpful as account is not on hold. It’s blocked from backend. I did not receive any mail for on hold but mails after order cancellations from
Ofm team.Customer executive said it’s marked abusive. I have been requesting to look into as there seems to be some confusion

@AmazonHelp The email is non responsive. No one is replying and not addressing the issue. I need my blocked money to be released. This is serious cheating when you are neither allowing to order nor releasing the money in account! I need my money back
