Ofm team.Customer executive said it’s marked abusive. I have been requesting to look into as there seems to be some confusion
@AmazonHelp The email is non responsive. No one is replying and not addressing the issue. I need my blocked money to be released. This is serious cheating when you are neither allowing to order nor releasing the money in account! I need my money back

The only time you know if someone is holding on to you and what extent is when you let go and loosen your end of the rope.
You might be surprised to know that it was largely you who held on it entirely!!!
