‘Disagreement can be expressed with honour’
I disagree with my wife, our parents, our siblings, my closest friends, leaders, my community and with people around the world about many things!
It is okay to disagree.
But what I strongly believe is NOT OKAY is to dishonour them.
We cannot just love worship and communion with God and not love to read His word at the same time!
If we say we love Jesus (Living Word) and not love the Bible (Written Word)
We don’t love Him at all (1-1 = 0)
How much we love reading His word is exactly how much we love Him.
“It’s not a matter of just obtaining the right result—it matters how you got there. In God’s eyes, the journey is more important than the destination.”

Note to self:
Excellence is important BUT
it can easily turn into idolatry.
Don’t miss out on worship in the pursuit of excellence in worship!
It must be an automatic result
of true and authentic worship.
Search your heart, renew your mind,
Pursue God; excellence overflows!
DID YOU KNOW?
It’s a lot more easier, healthier and profitable to work with God than to work for God.
When you live life and do things for God you tend to depend on your own strength but when you live and do all things with God you have His strength and His spirit inside you!
The season/time/years/ between
when you first receive or recognise a call upon your life and when you actually start seeing yourself living out your calling is not for waiting but for building. Particularly Character.
Don’t just wait & build expectations,
build character!
Growing involves systematic learning.
Maturing includes a significant amount of unlearning.
To lead a victorious life, one must be sensitive and intentional to balance this! #balanceisthekey#victory#learningandunlearning#life
From experience I can say that leadership is never about a position or a platform or influence or power. Constant serving in the background eventually brings all of the above and people recognise you as a leader even before you yourself realise that you’re a leader! JUST SERVE!
God’s grace is a favour that seems unfair. If you don’t celebrate such unfair favour in others lives, I don’t think you will notice it in your own life even after experiencing it first hand!

When I can’t pray in words, I sing.
When I can’t sing, I hum.
When I can’t even hum, I play a tune.
If I can’t even play any instrument,
I listen to my ‘prayer playlist’.
If I still can’t, I take the day off & take a nap to realise, I could never do this by myself & I SURRENDER.
We don’t automatically just have great habits without being intentional, without discipline and without accountability.
This year be intentional, be more disciplined and find an accountability partner. Change is never comfortable. Get uncomfortable.
Intentional New year! #2021
