I've been personally burning through billions of tokens a week for the past few months as a builder. Today I'm excited to announce Hyperagent, by Airtable.
An agents platform where every session gets its own isolated, full computing environment in the cloud — no Mac Mini required. Real browser, code execution, image/video generation, data warehouse access, hundreds of integrations, and the ability to learn any new API as a skill.
Deep domain expertise through skill learning. Teach the agent how your firm evaluates startups or how your team runs due diligence — now anyone on the team gets output that reflects your actual methodology, not a generic template.
One-click deployment into Slack as intelligent coworkers. These aren't bots that wait to be @mentioned — they follow conversations, understand context, and act when relevant.
And a command center to oversee and continuously improve your entire fleet of agents at scale.
We're onboarding early users now. https://t.co/kctMfFCQqG
@kevinrose@claudeai Neat! I really like their mental model. My first pass was a bit disappointing in terms of writing clean code, but I want to keep trying. Btw -- making "clones" is not the best true test here as there are dozens of public clone repos theses have been trained on :)
The U.S. Department of Justice says it has reviewed “less than 1%” of the Epstein Files in preparation for release, with only 12,285 documents having been released of more than 2,000,000. This is despite the date the Justice Department was required to release all the files under the “Epstein Files Transparency Act” having long since passed, on December 19, 2025.
Hitler – Mein Kampf (1925):
“The first and most important task of education is to teach the youth to love their own nation and country, and to subordinate everything else to this.”
Stalin – Speech to the Komsomol (1935):
“Young people must be brought up to love with all their heart the socialist homeland, the Soviet Union, for only then can they become true communists.”
Mussolini – Speech to the Chamber of Deputies (1927):
“We educate the young to believe in Fascism, to revere the fatherland, and to prepare themselves for the sacrifices which the nation will require of them.”
Franco – Address to the Spanish Youth Organization (1940):
“We must train children from the earliest years to love Spain above all things, to serve her with discipline and sacrifice, and to accept no ideal higher than the greatness of our fatherland.”
"I promise to not raise your taxes" and "I promise to not cut your benefits" are the two popular political promises that are inconsistent with the much more needed promise "I promise to cut the budget deficit to about 3 percent of GDP" that is required to prevent a big debt/dollar crisis. There is no way that the deficit/debt bomb problem can be sustainably dealt with unless there is a mix of tax revenue increases and spending decreases that are determined in a bipartisan way. Our representatives in Washington, DC, both Republicans and Democrats, know this is true. They understand the need to reduce the deficit by having those from both sides chip in a bit (e.g., a 4 percent increase in tax revenue and a 4 percent spending cut) which would lead to a supply/demand balance improvement for US debt which in turn would lower interest rates. Lower interest rates would help reduce the budget deficit as well as help the markets and the economy. But because politics have become so absolutist, they feel they can't go down this obviously best path because both their constituents and their parties will throw them out of office if they explored this more balanced approach. To me, that’s a tragedy.
🌠Today, we’re excited to relaunch Airtable as the AI-native app platform, combining the magic of vibe coding business apps with real production-readiness and scalability, and embedding them with an army of agents that automate thousands of hours of work in seconds.
Instead of just adding more AI capabilities to our existing platform, we treated this as a refounding moment for the company. We started with a clean-slate imagining of the ideal form factor for building apps in the agentic era.
(If you want to skip all the backstory and just try it out, you can just go to https://t.co/hCvx8zt6m4. All new signups get the new AI experience, and existing accounts can switch over using this link: https://t.co/9hfEO2Is18).

Anyone know of a Cursor equivalent for design, a prompt-based tool that outputs high quality wireframes (and not code)? Stitch and others I've tried have been disappointing.

Really dying to get the contrarian a16z perspective re how trumps tariffs, deportation without due process, or defying the Supreme Court are actually all genius and pro America.
The U.S. collects about $2.6 trillion from personal income taxes and imports $3.4 trillion in goods each year. Replacing personal income taxes with tariffs would require an average 76% tariff on *everything* we import. Foreign imports make up about 12% of our GDP (not much relatively speaking), but it could potentially raise prices collectively for most consumers by more than 25+%. For 60% of Americans that pay less than 15% in federal income tax, they might be impacted the most relatively speaking (and ironically are probably the ones cheering this on the most). This would incentivize on-shoring business back into the USA but could also have trade-war implications in areas that are inconvenient (precious metals for aviation, DoD, chips, etc). Would love to hear other people’s take and whether they think my math is accurate. 🤷🏻♂️
