@BryanGohl Due to our rare prolonged sunshine in the UK this year, I have being using my red light matt an hour or so after sun bathing. I was wondering how long to red light after sunshine in case I was over doing it?

@BryanGohl I wasn't sure about MB as it's not natural, but after alot of research gave it a go and never felt better. Improving my mitochondrial function is my aim, so red light alongside MB hopefully achieves this.
