@virginmedia A yodel delivery should take around 5 days to receive, not 4 weeks…..the fact you’ve applied a charged is disgusting, you know you have issues so you should manually be fixing the accounts effected…

@virginmedia I understand you are apologising, your customers want a better explanation than that, this is all about communication so a date time frame would be better! When speaking to customer services directly, they are advising next 24/48 hours which is clearly in-correct information
@virginmedia@OliviaHopeCart This is a bot answer, people want answers, we understand thinks happen but your communication has been awful, you need to release a statement detailing when you expect people to get their orders and returns processed.
