The young lad throws a traffic cone, apparently it doesn't even hit the police, he gets 3-5 years imprisonment?

I don't remember hearing of an arrest for the person who threw a bicycle at a mounted police officer in London back in 2020 when 14 police officers were injured during a riot?

Maybe I'm wrong?

Maybe the person who did it didn't get the attention of the media to report on it like this cone throwing bad boy?
