Bad experience with https://t.co/EFxeVkOj9l. Their operator cancelled the return leg of a trip from Kosta Port to Athens International, at short notice. They are refusing to refund the value of return leg. I have seen other similar complaints from users and drivers. #GetTransfer

@Avis Still no reply after 4 emails. Lousy customer service. Best advice is to avoid using Avis. If you have to use check your final inv very carefully. Have been overcharged on 3 items that were included in original contract. The worst is fuel. Full to full on contract ret full.

@Avis Very disappointing customer service. No point signing up for Avis Preferred. Overcharged on final invoice. 3 emails over 15 days have been ignored. 2 long phone calls unanswered. It seems a good reason to use a different company next time. @Avis
