@SimonCalder Can anyone explain why British Airways has the phone lines switched off at the moment. Trying to book a replacement flight after a return journey has been cancelled, we have a question that cannot be sorted on line and need to speak to someone, but they cut you off.
@paullewismoney I hope there is a big campaign to avoid those Fraudsters “The local council will contact them to get their bank details”. You can see the scripts being written now - “Hi - just calling from the council, have you got your bank details for me to claim your council tax rebate”.

We had confirmation today that one of our critical illness policies we advised a client to take has paid out.
The client has a young family.
They are 32 years of age.
The amount that had been paid out is big enough to pay their whole mortgage.
A huge lesson to us!
