@Translink_NI I’m trying to change a booking on the Enterprise but the later is train is showing as sold out. But the same train is available to book if I try to do a new booking instead of changing the original booking. How can I change my booking please?
@Translink_NI No it’s the exact same fares that I have been able to choose for the new booking.
I want to change the return leg and I haven’t travelled yet.
@Translink_NI Why is the train showing as sold out when I try to amend my booking but it’s available if I try to make a new booking with the exact same fares? Something isn’t right there.
@Translink_NI Not looking for a refund, just want to change to a later train. The option to change my own booking is available but I just can’t select one particular train as it’s saying it’s sold out but yet I can make the booking - with the same fare type - as if it’s a new booking.
