Week 3 with Brian @Xercise4Less more repetitions bigger weights the rapid improvement continues. No transformation to Adonis yet; next week?

2nd session completed with Brian @xercise4less what a difference - completed session with far more activity and I can walk unaided next day!

still can't move, just shows how bad I had got! Brian said he had some work to do, hopefully I have recovered before next Tuesdays session.

The challenge is get slim by 9th June, or at least a couple of stone. Had my first session at X4L with Brian yesterday. Today I can't move!
