@British_Airways Flying BA479 BCN-LHR today. Reports said passport checks at exit could be 2+ hours, so arrived at check-in early, to be told BA won’t allow greater than 2.5 hours before. How does that fit with current EES madness for UK travellers? Unimpressed.

@VirginAtlantic not a great experience on VS5 to MIA today. Been sat onboard over 4 hours now and not left LHR yet! Tech faults, multiple paperwork issues, even after we’d started taxy-ing. Cabin crew being great, but know little.

@ATH_airport Poor experience today. LONGGGGG line for passport control. Over 35 minutes. Then 20-25 minutes to get through bag scan. Rarely seen processes so slow. Not a great end to our holiday. 🥴

@flynorse Nice flight but otherwise not a great first experience on Z0784 today. Started taxi at MCO, then stopped for an hour due no slot! On landing LGW, no apron free initially, and now we’ve all stood >30 mins waiting for bags. Have you negotiated cheaper 2nd class service?

@PrincessCruises How do I complain about a support call? Not for first time, the agent was awful, told me things blatantly wrong, when challenged stopped speaking so I didn’t get option to do the survey at call conclusion. I’m a loyal customer, but shocking service.
