@bt_uk We were told that we'd receive our refund within 14 days of our final bill. 14 days was today, so we did call you (as we fully expected we'd have to do), only to be told that it'd be up to another 5 working days. A fully anticipated and completely unacceptable piss take imo.

@Kling_ai @space_cadet_x I'm getting constant errors trying to cancel. Their useless AI chat bot lies and says you can cancel directly through Stripe, and then goes on to provide a Kling support email address that bounces back. This is deliberate. I'll never use this service again
