Your own public post acknowledged a "migration bug" & "storage issue affecting large wallets" in V2. My 171,730 ADA disappeared simultaneously with my V2 restore. Your "investigation" gave ZERO technical detail on how you ruled this out.

@virginmedia please provide a customer service number to call. My contract is in the UK but I'm working in China and have just received my new SIM but can't activate it. I only have 2 days left before it becomes useless.....again!!!!
