@FordService_UK 2/2 but they admit it’s a common issue. Car is 6 years old and done 35k miles. My family of five have no car as we can not afford the £2500 repair bill to fix it. I’m gutted and have no idea what we are going to do. Can’t get on insurance. Any advice from anyone?

@FordService_UK Just got off the phone to these guys. I have been left without a car as the Powershift Gearbox has packed up in our SMax. I see it’s a common problem and in the US Ford are paying for all power shift repairs as it’s a known manufacturing issue...1/2

@KateCopsey @SportsDirect_CS Exactly the same. Places like ASOS will immediately re send a non deliver. This lot just say tough luck. Makes me so mad. How anyone in the “Customer Service” team sleeps at night is beyond me!!

@SportsDirect_CS Yes @GrannySpecs don’t bother. They just send this message to pacify you and then do nothing. They completely ignore me now even though they did not deliver my package and refuse to even respond anymore.. shocking lot of people.

@kirielizabeth90 @SportsDirect_CS @SportsDirectUK It is let me know what you find and I’ll do the same. It crazy they can get away with it and just ignore any communication. Mine was football kit for my son and £29 pounds so not huge but it’s the principle. Most places just would refund or resend immediately.. @SportsDirect_CS

@kirielizabeth90 @SportsDirect_CS Exactly the same issue happening for me. They did not deliver my item and now just ignoring me. That customer service line is a con. No one ever answers. No idea what to do but I’m £30 down

Still no resolution from @SportsDirect_CS regarding my delivery that never got delivered! It was ordered 1st August. I think you are hoping I will just forget about it and take the hit! I’m afraid I will not. Please help me resolve the issue ASAP.

Just heard today that after “investigation” @Hermesparcels have said GPS shows package was delivered to the area. I sent them CCTV showing nothing delivered at that time and still they insist it was. @SportsDirect_CS just keep sending generic responses back and the number...1/2.

..I called says high call volume call back. @Hermesparcels have no name of who signed for it and can not describe receptionist. And not on CCTV. @SportsDirect_CS say need 2 contact my bank not sure why it’s their problem.Meanwhile my son has no football kit promised him weeks ago

Terrible service from @SportsDirect_CS . @Hermesparcels said my parcel was delivered but had no name of recipient and our CCTV shows no one delivered anything at time they stated. SD say issue resolved and I have to deal with it so I’m out of pocket and have no item!!Very angry
