@Delta - it’s absolutely absurd that I’ve spent this much money on your airline and you don’t even board all premium select passengers, then don’t move those loyal to your brand up into those cabins. I spent HOURS on the phone with your agents, they said nothing was available.

@Delta - I was told go to gate agent on day of flight, so here I am - and STILL they can’t check me in on the delta leg. Which inoculates me from seeing the seatmap. Shameful. @KLM - you’re just as bad. HOW can you pay this kind of money for flights and still get hosed?!?!

Wow @united - literally about to start boarding @ DIA to get back to @PDX and you pull the aircraft and take it out of service. Just so shameful to keep us all here waiting and then do that last minute, not to mention just telling us that they will update when they know.
