When I sue the roomates who took over the apartment, I’ll make sure to include NSP in the lawsuit for the hours on hold!

Tried to call to pay a power bill and @nspowerinc had me on hold for 38 minutes. Answered in about the fist 10 minutes but told me they had to put me through to another department (even though I pressed all the right numbers on phone tree) Nova Scotia Power doesn’t want my $

@RCMPNB Just so that it might help, this accident happened in Keswick Valley Fire Dept area in case people that may have been travelling along rte104 highway through Zealand may have any additional information.

(Keswick Ridge fire department is 10 km south in a different service area)
