@MartinSLewis I have a frozen pension from my previous employer worth approx £160k,can this be transferred to my existing workplace pension without affecting the yearly amount allowable to be paid in before its taxed? and also is a part transfer allowed?
@cvltari@MartinSLewis If you'd bothered to follow martins posts and his tv show hes already said when.
If you've already put in a complaint then 2026,if you havent complained yet 2027.
@mjrw85@MartinSLewis If you have started a claim through one of those firms,im afraid your contracted to them and cant pull https://t.co/xTeTkMSuNa will be under contract to pay them a set % of any payout you are due,probably 25%- 35%
@x4cld@MartinSLewis If you had finance before 2021 then you more than likely had a dca,this decision wasnt about the dca as martin has been telling you if you bother to read his posts
@MartinSLewis Ive had 8 separate letters confirming all 8 agreements have a DCA on them,yet still get a monthly email saying yhey are looking into my claim🤣
@MartinSLewis I have a frozen pension from my last employer worth approx 120k,can i transfer part of it to my present work pension to stay below the yearly tax threshold and the same again next tax year?
@MartinSLewis@itvMLshow I have a frozen pension from my last employer,its too much to transfer in one go due to the tax allowance.
Can i part transfer it to stay below the tax threshold
@MartinSLewis@itvMLshow Hi Martin
I have a frozen work pension from my last job,its value is twice the annual allowance before i have to pay tax.
My question is- Can i transfer it in 3 parts over the next 3 years to stay under the tax threshold ? Thanks.
@matt_spriggs@MartinSLewis I contacted black horse in february as well and get the same reply every month,but 2 months ago thay sent me a letter with 8 agreements they could find back to 2009 all had DCAs on them
@MartinSLewis@TheFCA Further to having the same "we will be in touch" email from Black Horse,a letter in the post today listing all the accounts they could find which was 4 more than me😁😁.
All 9 of them have a dca on them,lovely 👍
@MartinSLewis@TheFCA Sent my email into blackhorse the same day @MartinSLewis posted his template,i've had the same response evey month since 🤬- due to the high volume blah blah blah
@MartinSLewis@TheFCA So by moving the date further back this will be a year from originally making a complaint and 1 less years data the companies will have to keep on record. A loss for any complainants in my book ☹️
@MartinSLewis I have a previous work pension frozen at the moment,i cant pay my new employers pensions contributions into it so it is now losing money every year.whats the best option for me as i understand you can only pay a max yearly amount into your pension before its taxed?
