When someone says “thank you” to me, I always say, “you bet!” or if I go all out Wisconsin I’ll say “you betcha!”
For some reason I think “you’re welcome” sounds stiff or by the book. Any one else?

It’s not something I have mastered, but it’s something I’m aware of and am consistently trying to get better at.
Most of our advertising doesn’t hit the mark. Most of it is all about us and how great we are. This coffee shop spoke to me, as the traveler, and let me know if I don’t get coffee now, I’m going to be waiting for a very long time.
