If you haven't felt that pain of the positioning and marketing workload in the weeks before launch, you're doing it wrong.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking of marketing as an afterthought that takes care of itself.

It simply doesn't. It's extremely hard, but doable.

The alternative is launching to crickets.
