REFORMED COFFEE CLOSES £17M SERIES A

Functional coffee and matcha company Reformed bagged a £17M Series A led by Iris Ventures with support from JamJar Investments. Total raised comes to ~£20M.

Founded by Neil Saada and Neil Marrackchi in 2024, reformed adds collagen, creatine and 21 vitamins and minerals to coffee and matcha.

Reformed claims to be one of the fastest growing consumer health brands in Europe with an annual run rate of £53M, almost all from dtc.

The brand expects to expand into the U.S. in the fall.

According to a report from WWD, UK-based Reformed closed a $22M funding round led by IRIS Ventures. JamJar Investments also participated in the round.

Founded in 2024 by Neil Saada and Neil Marrakchi, Reformed offers a variety of functional coffee, matcha, and mocha products. The company is profitable and quickly scaled to $70M in annual revenue.

IRIS Ventures has made several wellness investments including Healf, Superlativa, Olistic, Biomel, and Maurten.
