@SW_Help have you permanently removed a carriage from the 07:18 from Winchester to Waterloo? It’s chaos every morning and you haven’t announced anything.
@SW_Help Thxs. It’s be helpful if SWR made announcements to customers at stations. Even the station master says he has no idea why the train lost a carriage. Given it’s the busiest train of the day and all other trains near that time have maintained full formations, it’s frustrating.
@SW_Help if you really aren’t going to bring back the 10th coach on the 0718 from WIN-WAT can you at least explain why? The trains before and after it both have 10 to 12 coaches and are half full, whilst the train you sacrificed coaches from is bursting at the seams!
@SW_Help The 06:18 train (exactly 1 hr earlier than my normal train, has 10 carriages. Clearly it needs them 😂 Think it through @SW_Help and give the 07:18 back its 10th carriage! It’s chaos every morning and you still haven’t communicated the changes even to your station staff!
@SW_Help Still no announcements at the station and it’s chaos every morning. There are literally no seats and it’s causing a lot of grief. Are you not able to provide an update?
@SW_Help Thanks for confirming. As I said it would be nice of the station staff and screens to point this out. It’s chaos every morning when the train pulls up.
@SW_Help Thanks, so can you confirm this is a temporary issue and the plan is to return the train to 10 carriages eventually? Most passengers couldn’t board again today. It would be helpful if the station staff could make any announcements.
@Starbucks your franchise system in the UK is so bad for customer experience. No points when you order, can’t redeem drinks, no Amex. You should do a better job of managing customer journey
@SW_Help They came and reengaged one of the two tripped lighting tracks, but not the other one. Two are tripped and one is still out so the motorcycle parking area has no lighting. Can they come back? It’s been nearly two months now. Shouldn’t the team be doing heath and safety checks??
@SW_Help could you let Winchester Station know that the lights don’t work in about a third of the covered parking. It’s pitch black at night. It’s been that way for a month and the local team don’t seem to know anything about it.
@SW_Help Thanks, I appreciate things can take time but it’s been down for four weeks and is a safety issue. It just looks like the lighting circuit has tripped.
