if you your account got hacked .. dont blindly follow these recommendations

but posting here .. you get 10's of people saying contact or that hacker to get it back.
I believe most are scams ,, example

there is no question that something is going on with ALL the social media accounts getting "hacked" and disabled recently. Then having all these "hackers" that can get your account back.
my question is do they actually get their accounts back?
