When I left for work yesterday morning this was a beautiful area of poppies, with many more about to flower, already attracting bumblebees. By the time I'd got back it had been decimated by @LewishamCouncil contractors - who last year did the same to newly planted whips.

But in 2022, 1760+ people were killed on UK roads – 3 involved someone being hit by a bike.
