@NickEh30 Hey Nick, if the case is ur pc going black and restarting, with my own knowledge thats ur PSU having a problem, but if ur CPU gets hot its definitely the cooling.

I can’t call myself a expert but I hope it’ll help u out. Also u can check the reason in “event viewer”.
