YES I am calling you out @LGUS - I'm sick of being put on hold, getting redirected, ignored, and overlooked! One month way too long, with wasted spoiled food, eating out expenses, meds in my neighbors fridge, no milk or any dairy or fresh veggies & being unable to save leftovers.
