Constructing web stuff since 1996 — Deconstructing all kinds of other stuff — Pinball restorer and operator @encapsulatedAU — Spinning Techno @_CapsuleMix_
@wildvertiser Marketing bullshit. L’oreille humaine ne peut pas faire la différence entre du 320 et lossless. Le seul intérêt du lossless est l’archivage pour compression ultérieure.
@TylerMKing Who cares, how many apps do you install per day vs how’s the daily experience of MacOS vs Windows? Are you seriously complaining you need to drag and drop an icon vs double clicking an app and pressing “next” 5 times?
@noahflk It depends. You don’t need UUIDs if resources are clearly segregated per user. UUIDs never are a replacement for proper session/rbac. If you can’t have that (external resources without access tokens or session) then they are a good option.
@luke_is@Jordy_vD_ Yep, muting works pretty well actually, they’ll eventually spawn back in other forms (the human equivalent of “B”) but you need to keeping muting the dumb!
@beaudjango @ulricmusset + your messages auto sync on all your Apple devices. Integration with other stuff like Safari and Photos via "shared with you", no need to worry if the recipient will get it or not as they'll either have iMessage or receive it as SMS, etc.
@kylegawley You’re not missing anything, apart from the fact most frontend developers spent all their time learn convoluted frameworks like React instead of concentrating on the basics.
