@virginmedia Hi, I need to order a new tv remote but the app/web page is telling me there is a problem with ordering and I need to call - but when I call, it redirects me back to the app/web page and unable to speak to an agent…

@virginmedia I’ve tried to order a replacement online but get the attached message. The web chat function isn’t working and when I call, it just sends me the link to the webpage to order again - and I’m in the same loop.

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply, it’s just stopped working - changed batteries and tried reset but no change. I can control the TV with the app on my phone so definitely think it’s the remote itself. It’s a V6.

Utterly ridiculous that I turned up for a Get Started class tonight at @PureGym Solihull only to find no staff, no trainer and no option but to walk out again. So no, Pure Gym, I can’t.

@elainewalton @PureGym Some of them are unstaffed during the night (the 24hr ones) but Solihull isn’t one of those.
But totally crazy that the trainer doesn’t turn up for a booked session and no one anywhere to even ask!
