K-pop group AHOF’s Filipino member JL expressed disbelief over performing at the Mall of Asia Arena—a venue he once visited just to stay outside during a K-pop concert in the past.

During the group’s Manila stop for their "The First Spark" concert tour this weekend, JL also gave a heartfelt shoutout to his family in attendance and said he was happy to have found a new family in his bandmates and fans.

TOGETHER WITH AHOF FORVER: JL reflected on the significance of the concert, sharing that it was his first time stepping inside the Mall of Asia Arena and that his family was in the audience to watch him perform.

JL further shared how grateful he is to have found members with whom he can share both his life and his journey as an artist.

“I was really, really happy that I’ve found members in my life that I can be together with. I never thought we’ll be a person who gave a lot of comfort to people like you. I am really happy we’ve made a family together… I hope we’re together no matter what happens.”
