@vodafoneNZ I have sent Vodafone a DM as instructed and I have also made a complaint on line. This has been an ongoing ordeal since May 2019 to date #pathetic #worstcustomerservice @vodafoneNZ almost 1 year and still no answers. How would you feel if you were treated this way?

Constantly put on hold, consultants who repeat what you say, requested call backs that don’t occur, emails stating one plan and invoices being sent stating higher charge rates. I suspect they don’t care. It’s been nearly 1 year @vodafoneNZ of chasing you. Enough is enough
