There's a shortage of _ _ _ _ _ _* *insert profession. So those who are employed are covering empty roles (doing more than their own job). Why not pay them more for the extra they have to do out of the wages saved by not having enough people in post?

You have to email him with details to prove you're his costituent and only then, after about 8 to 10 weeks you get a CCHQ approved lines to take stock reply from his office staff. He's not bothered about iw residents
