Despite having a 780+ credit score, I still can't sign in to the CRED app.
It's been stuck on "Good things are worth the wait" for over a year now.
The login page just doesn't proceed.

Indian food delivery apps really need to introspect on accountability.

Placed an order on Swiggy.
Wrong items got delivered.

I reached out to chat support.
They asked for images and I shared it with them.
Chat gets closed without resolution.

After a while, I get a response saying refund can’t be processed and I should “rate the restaurant” on the app.

If you position yourself as a delivery partner and take a commission on every order then where is your accountability when things go wrong?

You can’t just be a middleman when it’s convenient and disappear when there’s a problem.
