@Nelnet I got notified that I have to recertify for my IBR… yet there’s nowhere to do it on your site when I log in?! I’ve been searching for about 30 mins. Help!!?
I was someone who recerified early with @Nelnet and experienced an increase. Went to check to confirm my payment would go back to the prior, but can't get in. Per usual: how am I supposed to even follow the rules if I can't access my account?
@asdfghjklaura3@Nelnet When I spoke with someone after asking the first 2 reps to escalate my call to someone in management, the person I spoke with said she is THREE WEEKS behind in call logs for complaints.
@Nelnet Their "resources" that are available 24/7 is their website, which is no help. No way I'm even trying to pay what they say I owe this month(wrong amount), so loans will go into default.
Nelnet: Payment is due 2/15/24.
Me: It clearly says January 2025.
Nelnet: We sent you a letter on 12/20/23.
Me: Never received.
Nelnet: It’s in your inbox.
Me: On the site that when I login it says payments will begin next January? And now shows it’s going to charge me next week?

@EdDebtJustice Just got off the phone with @nelnet. When they told me I had no update I asked if they had any updates. “The January 28th deadline passed and we were told the department has been granted an extension with no firm timetable on when refunds will be received.” She clearly read it.
@Nelnet how do you expect us to make payments when you’re not allowing anyone to log in? The site is always “down”, meanwhile you drive interest up and charge “late/missed payments” this needs to be fixed and addressed.
