@JessicaNonGrata They've become so convinced of their own "goodness" that they become untethered from any objective basis of morality. "Good people" stop being whoever it is that does good things. Instead, "good things" start being whatever is done by "good people" (like themselves).

@UlverJ @Scientits From what I can tell, the updated sizes of the continents in your picture are pretty similar to their sizes in mine- but my point stands without the picture. Africa might be 3x the size of Europe, but it's only 5/4× the size of North America.

@ninaturner @AnnaHorford If we have an extra day off, it shouldn't be Friday or Monday- it should be Wednesday.

Instead of 1 extra Saturday, you get an extra Friday AND an extra Sunday. And every work day is no more than 2 days away from a day off. Your Monday now feels like a Thursday.

@TheWapplehouse The simplifying of complex issues is what really sets me off. Like, how can RWers listen to their politicians use terms like "the bad guys" (their Harvard-educated VP candidate just did this in the debate) and not get pissed off that they're being talked to like they're 5?
