This is a large part of why we don’t have a settled contract in our district. We have to come to the bargaining table and fight for measly increases. It’s why staff are leaving and why young people aren’t going into teaching @PLSEA719 @EricPrattMN @RepTonyAlbright

Add in the stress of subbing during your prep time or getting reassigned for a day and working under an expired contract - it’s no wonder our teachers are burned out and struggling like I’ve never seen before - we need to take care of our teachers @PLSEA719 @EducationMN

@MrBeaudette What an amazing idea. I am stealing it. We are also looking at survival skills in the outdoors. We are going to read the old scholastic news about people around the world that eat bugs for protein. Then we will be looking at fallen stumps to find bugs, not eat them!!!
