Steady progress on one of our custom home builds! Our team has successfully completed the plumbing rough-in phase, and everything has passed inspection with flying colors.
👏 Complete plumbing rough-in installation - All water supply lines and drain systems professionally installed throughout the home.
👏 Bathtub weight and leak testing - Ensured structural integrity and water-tight seals for long-lasting performance.
👏 Comprehensive pressure testing - All pipes tested to code standards to guarantee no leaks or weak points in the system.
👏 Final inspection passed - Building inspector approved our work, clearing us to move forward.

Meet Virginia…She’s the heartbeat of our Personnel department and keeps the office running smoothly day in and day out. Virginia manages recruiting and hiring, and guides new team members through onboarding and orientation. She oversees the front desk as the first point of contact for our clients, and plays a key role in internal communications, ensuring information is routed efficiently across the team.
Here’s what she has to say about her experience working at NCR:

We’re expected to get things done and think on our feet, and because they’re so generous and genuine, they make sure we have fun and feel appreciated. Originally from Southern California, Virginia moved to the Clearwater area with her family and has loved the change. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter—and especially playing with her three grandkids.
